Learning to meditate with animals

 

If you would like to learn or refine meditation with animals, please contact me! Throughout my life, I have intuitively meditated with animals and tried to find out how to enter into silent contact with them. I later learned various methods professionally and continue to train myself today.

I attach great importance to an ethical and trauma-sensitive approach to people and animals. This includes asking for permission, voluntariness, accepting a “no”, an open and compassionate inner attitude and a focus on the wonderful in every living being.
